Antoine Gauche is a passionate Enterprise Lean Agile Coach from Capgemini Belgium. After 15 years acting as a bad manager in the banking sector he dived by accident in a LACE as Lean Leader to re-invent himself and progressively became an expert in Agile@scale Transformations and Continuous Improvement culture. Acting as Lead Coach in multiple Agile Transformations he specialized over the last nine years in Agile Operating Models, Agile Governance, Agile Metrics, Agile Adoption in large and complex ecosystems and Lean in Operations.
