As a devotee, groupie, addict of Serious Gaming, I have the honor to work at GamingWorks. Motivation and enthusiasm in employees drives me to do my best. My focus is improving collaboration between people, inspired by Lean, DevOps, Agile, ITSM.  I found that better collaboration leads to even better organizational performance.  I have a great day when I have helped others to have fun in their work and taught them to have the guts to experiment to the limits of their abilities.
